Onam is the most popular festival of Kerala. It's a harvest festival, marked by celebrations in the form of feasts, flower decorations on the ground called 'Pukolam', folk dance performed by women called 'Kaikottikali' & the famous boat race in the backwaters.Happy Onam to all my friends from Kerala.
