It's great to be back home after a hectic but very enjoyable trip to Chennai. Mallika had a whale of a time with her grandparents. The Dusshera festivities, the cultural activities, shopping & food formed the major part of the holidays.

unlike the west indian accessories are so colorful. however i do not see many indians wearing such colorful clothes. Is it because that a particular region is colorful and the others not ?
The white painting is amazing. it emanicipates the shine of the rising sun. It soothes and calms the eyes and relaxes the nerves while just seeing it on screen. I wonder how it would look like in real. Can you name the artist.
Is that food served on a leaf ? the food is so colorful too. Though we cannot see exactly what is placed on the leaf I am assuming that the white stuff is rice. It looks so yummy on the green.
And the stones ? Vow they look wonderful - like gazing stars. I am at a loss of words.
