Just discovered this amazing artist, photographer, designer Amy Ruppel through decor8 ( April Archives ). Her subject is usually simple images of birds & nests.
She uses beeswax layered under & over digital prints on paper derived from her photography, then cuts into rounded shapes and then completes with drawings etched into the wax. Lovely! (images from Amy Ruppel.com)
